Before we come
Four things that make move day easier.
Every move is different, so we quote after seeing the space. Text us a few photos to get started — the price is fixed before the clean.
- The home is empty. Furniture, boxes and trash are out, so nothing blocks a corner.
- Water and power are on. We need both to clean properly.
- We have a way in. A key, lockbox or door code — you don’t need to be there.
- Book it after the movers. Moving furniture brings in dirt, so the clean should come last.

Do I need to be there?
No. Many of our clients give us access — a key, a lockbox or a door code — and come back to a finished home.
What if the walkthrough finds something we missed?
Contact us within 24 hours of your service and we’ll come back to address it at no additional charge. The guarantee covers the areas and tasks included in the scheduled cleaning.
Is there anything you won’t do on a move?
We don’t do laundry, hoarding cleanups or extreme restoration work, and we don’t carry ladders — anything that can’t be safely reached from a step stool, we’ll tell you rather than risk it.
