Cleanera is an owner-operated cleaning company in Austin, run by Felicia Justi Manzini since 2020. We’ve stayed small deliberately — it’s the reason the standard holds.

Small on purpose
No franchise. No call center.
Every cleaner is selected and trained by us before working on their own, and nothing is subcontracted out. There’s no franchise layer and no one between you and the people who run the company.
That’s what keeps the work consistent. If something isn’t right, you tell us directly, and we come back.
Cleanera LLC is bonded and insured, and our team speaks English, Spanish and Portuguese.

If something included in your cleaning was missed, tell us within 24 hours and we’ll return to fix it at no additional charge.

Honest limits
What we’ll tell you upfront.
What we don’t do: laundry, hoarding cleanups or extreme restoration work. Organizing we’ll look at case by case, after seeing the space. And we don’t carry ladders — anything that can’t be safely reached from a step stool, we’ll tell you rather than risk it. We’d rather point you to the right specialist than do a job halfway.
