Deep cleaning
The same checklist, taken much further.
For a home that needs to be brought back to baseline — when it’s been a while, after a busy season, or before a recurring schedule starts. Slower, more detailed, and taken further on every surface.
Standard or deep
Same list. Different starting point.
A standard cleaning keeps a home at the level it’s already at. A deep cleaning brings it back to that level when it has been a while.
-
Standard cleaning
- Keeps a home at the level it’s already at
- The full room-by-room checklist
- Right for homes that are cleaned regularly
- Add-ons only when you ask for them
-
Deep cleaning
- Brings a home back to that level
- The same checklist, slower and more detailed
- Every surface taken further, until the room reads as new
- Usually includes the oven, refrigerator, interior windows and baseboards by hand
Why it takes longer
Same item on the list. Nothing like the same job.
A shower door is the clearest example. On a home we clean regularly, glass cleaner and attention to the bottom edge is enough. On a deep clean, that same glass can be white with hard water and soap build-up — it needs a blade, a product left to sit, a rinse, and a second pass.
That’s why a deep clean costs more: not because we do different work, but because there is far more of it. We set the price after seeing the home, and it doesn’t move after that.
What’s included
Every room, and then some.
A deep clean works through the same checklist as every visit, taken much further on each item. Most deep cleans also include the four add-ons below.
Products: we bring everything. Professional-strength where the job needs it, gentle and pet-safe where it doesn’t — always your call.

Usually included
The jobs a regular visit skips.
These are the places build-up hides between cleanings. On a deep clean they’re usually part of the job; on a regular visit you can add them whenever you like.
Add-ons
- Inside the oven
- Inside the refrigerator
- Interior windows
- Baseboards scrubbed by hand

Good to know
Before you book a deep clean.
Not sure which one you need? Tell us a little about the home and we’ll tell you honestly. Text (512) 806-9715.
Do I need a deep clean before recurring service starts?
Not always. If the home hasn’t had professional care recently, the first visit takes longer and costs more — but it only happens once. We’ll tell you after the walkthrough which one the home actually needs.
Can I add just the oven or the fridge to a regular visit?
Yes. Every add-on is available on its own, on any visit.
Is there anything a deep clean doesn’t cover?
We don’t do laundry, hoarding cleanups or extreme restoration work. And we don’t carry ladders — anything that can’t be safely reached from a step stool, we’ll tell you rather than risk it.
What if something was missed?
Contact us within 24 hours of your service and we’ll come back to address it at no additional charge. The guarantee covers the areas and tasks included in the scheduled cleaning.
