Cleanera has been cleaning homes and workspaces around Austin since 2020. We’ve stayed small deliberately — every cleaner is selected and trained by us before working on their own, and nothing is subcontracted out.
That’s the whole reason the standard holds. There’s no franchise layer, no call center, and no one between you and the people who run the company. If something isn’t right, you tell us and we come back.

What we don’t do: laundry, hoarding cleanups or extreme restoration work. Organizing we’ll look at case by case, after seeing the space. And we don’t carry ladders — anything that can’t be safely reached from a step stool, we’ll tell you rather than risk it. We’d rather point you to the right specialist than do a job halfway.

What’s included, room by room.
No mystery about what you’re paying for. This is the checklist we work through on every cleaning — standard or deep, it doesn’t change.
Every item gets checked on every visit. What needs work gets the work — a cabinet front that’s clean doesn’t get wiped for the sake of it, and a shower that needs scrubbing gets scrubbed. That judgment is the job.

Standard or deep
Same checklist. Different starting point.
A standard cleaning keeps a home at the level it’s already at. A deep cleaning brings a home back to that level when it has been a while — same list, but slower, more detailed, and taken further on every surface until the room reads as new.
A shower door is the clearest example. On a home we clean regularly, glass cleaner and attention to the bottom edge is enough. On a deep clean, that same glass can be white with hard water and soap build-up — it needs a blade, a product left to sit, a rinse, and a second pass. Same item on the list. Nothing like the same job.
That’s why a deep clean costs more: not because we do different work, but because there is far more of it. Deep cleans usually include the add-ons on the right.

Pricing
How we price, in plain terms.
We don’t publish a flat rate, because two homes of the same size can take very different amounts of time. What we do publish is exactly what moves the number.

What’s the difference between a standard and a deep cleaning?
The checklist is the same. A standard cleaning maintains a home that is already at a good level. A deep cleaning is for a home that needs to be brought back to that level — it takes considerably longer, goes further into every surface, and usually includes add-ons like inside the oven and refrigerator, interior windows and baseboards scrubbed by hand.
If you’re not sure which one you need, tell us a little about the home and we’ll tell you honestly.
Who comes to my home, and how are they chosen?
Every team member is selected in-house for reliability, attention to detail and professionalism, then trained in our methods, products and quality standards before working independently. We don’t subcontract. Because the company is small, the people who set the standard are the same people you reach if anything is off.
What products do you use around pets and kids?
We bring our own supplies. Professional-strength where the job needs it, gentle and pet-safe where it doesn’t — and always your call. Tell us your preference and we’ll note it for every visit.
Do I need to be home?
Not at all. Many of our clients give us access and come home to a finished house. Whatever arrangement makes you comfortable works for us.
How do I pay?
Bank deposit, Venmo or cash.
What if I need to reschedule?
We understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule or cancel your cleaning, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance so we have an opportunity to offer the reserved time to another client.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Same-day cancellations or missed appointments may be charged the full scheduled cleaning amount.
If our team arrives at the scheduled time and is unable to access the property, the appointment will be considered a missed appointment and the full scheduled cleaning amount may be charged.

If something included in your scheduled cleaning was missed or does not meet our cleaning standards, please contact us within 24 hours of your service. We’ll be happy to return and address the area at no additional charge.
Because every home and cleaning service is different, our guarantee applies to areas and tasks included in the originally scheduled service.
